Endeavor Physical Therapy was born in 2007 in Estacada, Oregon to provide patient centered Physical Therapy services. Focusing on treating the individual and their needs. We want to get you back to doing the things that you love to do. Our manually trained physical therapists will help deliver the results you strive for with a customized treatment plan designed with you and for you.

We are excited to open in our new location to offer you the rehabilitation services that you have been looking for. We are interested in delivering customized one to one care. Our name change is a result of recognizing individuals desire to achieve their goals. Our team is waiting to help you reach the goals that you are endeavoring to achieve.
